✅ Ingredients (Makes 4 burritos):
🌯 Base:
4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
6 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite)
4 strips cooked bacon, or 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)
1/2 cup cooked hash browns or diced potatoes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers or onions (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil spray or cooking spray
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the Fillings
Scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Cook bacon, sausage, or veggies if using.
Optional: cook hash browns or reheat pre-cooked ones.
2. Assemble the Burritos
Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.
Layer eggs, cheese, meat, veggies, and hash browns in the center.
Roll burritos tightly: fold sides in, then roll from the bottom up.
3. Air Fry
Lightly spray burritos with oil on all sides.
Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
Place burritos seam-side down in the basket.
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

Assemble burritos and wrap in foil or plastic wrap.
Freeze for up to 2 months.
To cook from frozen:
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping once.
