🌯 Air Fryer Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Ingredients (Makes 4 burritos):

  • 4 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)

  • 6 eggs, scrambled

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite)

  • 4 strips cooked bacon, or 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled)

  • 1/2 cup cooked hash browns or diced potatoes (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped bell peppers or onions (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Fillings

  • Scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  • Cook bacon, sausage, or veggies if using.

  • Optional: cook hash browns or reheat pre-cooked ones.

2. Assemble the Burritos

  • Warm tortillas slightly so they’re flexible.

  • Layer eggs, cheese, meat, veggies, and hash browns in the center.

  • Roll burritos tightly: fold sides in, then roll from the bottom up.

3. Air Fry

  • Lightly spray burritos with oil on all sides.

  • Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).

  • Place burritos seam-side down in the basket.

  • Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
