✅ Ingredients (Serves 2–3, makes 6 tacos):
🦐 For the Shrimp:
1 lb raw shrimp (peeled and deveined, tail off)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
🌮 For the Tacos:
6 small corn or flour tortillas
Shredded cabbage or slaw mix
Fresh cilantro
Lime wedges
🌶️ For the Creamy Sauce (Optional but amazing):
1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce or sriracha
Salt to taste

1. Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and spices (chili powder, paprika, garlic, cumin, salt).
2. Air Fry
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
Place shrimp in a single layer (use parchment liner if needed).
Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.
Shrimp are done when opaque and slightly curled with crispy edges.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce
Mix sour cream, mayo, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt in a small bowl. Adjust heat to taste.
4. Warm the Tortillas
Quickly warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave with a damp paper towel for 20 seconds.
5. Assemble the Tacos
Add slaw or cabbage to tortillas.
Top with shrimp, a drizzle of creamy sauce, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
