Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (or quartered if large)

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

1. Prep the Brussels

  • Trim the ends, remove any yellow/damaged leaves, and slice in half (or quarters if large).

  • Rinse and dry thoroughly — moisture prevents crisping.

2. Season

  • In a bowl, toss Brussels with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional spices (like garlic powder or paprika).

3. Air Fry

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place Brussels in the basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
