✅ Ingredients (Serves 2–4):
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (or quartered if large)
1½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (adds flavor and helps crisping)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder or smoked paprika
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Brussels
Trim the ends, remove any yellow/damaged leaves, and slice in half (or quarters if large).
Rinse and dry thoroughly — moisture prevents crisping.
2. Season
In a bowl, toss Brussels with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and optional spices (like garlic powder or paprika).
3. Air Fry
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place Brussels in the basket in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
They should be deeply golden and crisp on the edges when done.
