1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp sriracha (or more for extra heat)
1/2 tsp garlic powder

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger.
2. Season the Salmon
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Rub lightly with olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
3. Marinate (Optional but Flavorful)
Brush glaze over the salmon.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes while the air fryer preheats.

Salmon should be flaky with an internal temp of 125–130°F for medium.
