🍝 Air Fryer Meatballs Recipe
✅ Ingredients (Makes ~16 meatballs):
1 lb (450g) ground beef (or turkey, chicken, pork, or a mix)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but flavorful)
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of chili flakes for a bit of heat

1. Mix the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix gently with your hands or a fork — don’t overmix (this keeps them tender).
Roll mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
