🍝 Air Fryer Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients (Makes ~16 meatballs):

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef (or turkey, chicken, pork, or a mix)

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but flavorful)

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: pinch of chili flakes for a bit of heat

1. Mix the Meatballs

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

  • Mix gently with your hands or a fork — don’t overmix (this keeps them tender).

  • Roll mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls.
