🍗 Air Fried Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split at joints, tips removed if desired)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (for heat)

🔥 For Tossing After (Optional):

  • Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, honey garlic, or any favorite wing sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Wings
    Pat wings dry with paper towels — this is key for crispiness.

  2. Season
    In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).

  3. Preheat the Air Fryer
    Set it to 380°F (193°C) for about 3 minutes.

  4. Cook the Wings

    • Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

    • Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 25–30 minutes, shaking the basket every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

  5. Crisp Them Up (Optional)
    For extra crisp: increase temperature to 400°F (204°C) in the last 5 minutes.

  6. Sauce 'Em Up (Optional)
    Toss the cooked wings in your favorite sauce right after cooking while they’re still hot.

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip

  • Add celery and carrot sticks on the side

  • Great with fries or a side salad
